How to Use ISDSS: Search, Download, and Manage Your Library
This guide covers the essential features of ISDSS, including searching for documents, downloading files, and managing your personal library.

To download SDSs and CRAs or add documents to your library, you must have a registered account.

Already registered? Make sure you're logged in before attempting to download or save documents.
Searching for Documents
How do I search for an SDS or CRA?
Use the search bar on the homepage. You can search by:
- Product name
- Chemical name
- Manufacturer
Simply enter your search term and press enter or click the search button to view results.

Downloading Documents
Can I download SDSs and CRAs?
- Search for and open the document you want to download
- Click the "Download PDF" button
- The file will be saved on your device


Why am I asked to log in again when downloading?
This may happen if you have not fully completed the login process. After logging in and verifying your account:
- Scroll down to leave the landing page
- Refresh the homepage
- You should see the "Profile Settings" menu instead of the login button
Once you see "Profile Settings," you're fully logged in and can download documents without being prompted again.
Adding Documents to Your Library
How do I add an SDS or CRA to my Library?
- Search for and open the document you want to save
- Click the "Add to Library" button while viewing the SDS or CRA
- The document will be saved to your library for easy access later


Managing Your Library
How do I manage documents in my library?
- Go to "My Library" from the main menu
- Choose either "SDS Library" or "CRA Library"
- Use the search bar to find specific documents in your library
- From here, you can view, download, or manage your saved documents

Can I upload an SDS or CRA?
Users cannot upload documents directly.
To request an SDS, fill out our request form Submit SDS Request Form or email us at [email protected]. We usually respond within 48 to 72 hours.
CRAs are automatically generated based on available SDSs.
Troubleshooting
Why can't I download or add documents?
If you're experiencing issues with downloading or adding documents to your library, try these steps:
- Verify your login status
- Confirm you are logged in and your account is verified
- Look for "Profile Settings" in the menu (not the login button)
- Refresh your session
- Log out completely and log back in
- Refresh the page or do a hard refresh (press CTRL+F5 on Windows or CMD+Shift+R on Mac)
