My account seems to be blocked. What should I do?

When your account gets blocked, don't worry—there are a few things you can do to fix it. Just follow these steps:
1. Wait a few minutes and try again. Sometimes, temporary glitches can cause a false error.
2. Turn off your VPN. Using a VPN can sometimes trigger security systems, blocking your access.
3. Clear your browser's cache. Press Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) to do a hard refresh, which clears out old data that might be causing the error.
4. Reset your password. Use the Forgot Password link to securely reset your password. This can resolve issues related to a blocked account.
