Verification Email Issue

When you're not receiving verification emails, the issue often lies with your email provider's security settings or a temporary network problem. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.

• Turn off your VPN: Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) can sometimes interfere with email delivery by routing your connection through different servers, which can be flagged by security systems. Try disabling your VPN and requesting the email again.

• Check your spam or junk folder: The email might have been mistakenly filtered. Be sure to check all folders, including "Promotions," "Social," or any other categorized inboxes your email provider may have.

• Clear your browser cache: Old or corrupted data in your browser's cache can sometimes cause a hiccup. Clearing it can help.

• Try a different device or browser: This can help determine if the problem is with your current setup. If you can receive the email on a different device or browser, the issue is likely local to your initial setup.

• Add the sender to your contacts: Adding the sender's email address, [email protected], to your contacts or address book can signal to your email provider that it's a safe sender, ensuring future emails are delivered to your inbox.

• Ask your IT team to whitelist the domain: If you're using a work or school email address, your organization's IT department might have strict filters. Contact them and ask them to "whitelist" the domain @thechemicalsafetyassociation.org. This means their email system will recognize emails from this sender as safe and allow them to pass through their filters.

• Log in at https://sdsinventory.com/isdss/

• If your account is still unverified, you’ll see a message with a link to resend the verification email
