Follow these steps to resolve common login problems:

  • Disable your VPN. Sometimes, using a VPN can cause conflicts that prevent you from logging in. Try turning it off and attempting to log in again.

  • Refresh your browser. A quick refresh can often fix minor glitches. On Windows, press Ctrl + F5, and on Mac, press Command + Shift + R.

  • Use a different browser or device. If one browser isn't working, try another one, like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You can also try logging in from your phone or another computer.

  • Clear your cache and cookies. Old data stored in your browser can sometimes interfere with the login process. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and then try again.

  • Reset your password. If your account was created on an older platform, a password reset might be necessary to migrate your account to the new system. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to create a new one.

Unable to see log in button?

The login button may not appear and only the menu icon (“three lines”) is visible. This usually happens if the browser window size or zoom level affects the page layout.

  • Maximize your browser window

  • Or press Ctrl + “–” or use Ctrl + scroll down to zoom out and reveal the full layout.

    • Then refresh the page or press F5
